We fight for policies that deliver affordable, accessible healthcare options for Oklahoma families and businesses.

Oklahoma ranks near the bottom for healthcare: 49th out of 51 states, and is 48th in access and affordability, according to a 2025 Commonwealth Fund report. Rising healthcare costs price Oklahomans out of essential care, creating a crisis that demands immediate action. We fight for policies that deliver affordable, accessible healthcare options for Oklahoma families and businesses.

Act Now to Keep Healthcare Affordable for All: Extend Premium Tax Credits.

Oklahoma families can't afford to let critical ACA premium tax credits disappear at the end of 2025. It won’t just hurt the 300,000 Oklahomans who depend on them—the impact will ripple across the entire health system and increase costs for all Oklahomans. OKFAHC is working with a coalition of advocates including the Oklahoma Primary Care Association, INTEGRIS Health, the Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians, the Oklahoma Association of Health Plans and others to advocate for the continuation of these tax credits. It’s time to act now.

Our Mission

OKFAHC serves as an independent, nonpartisan voice championing expanded access to affordable healthcare and a healthier future for Oklahoma families and businesses. We advance policies that prevent healthcare costs from rising, protect family and business budgets, and ensure Oklahomans have access to care they can afford.
